Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times & rates (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35
- Orders under $35: a small flat rate shown at checkout
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays or high volume, which are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, email and we'll help right away.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll always do our best to help.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
